How to grow
Also known as Greek mountain tea. It is particularly suited to cool, sunny places.
Problem solving
Surface sow the seeds into modules, these seeds need light to germinate and heat of 20C. Once germinated move to somewhere slightly cooler until planting out. Prefers full sun and good drainage.
Uses
Similar in effects to chamomile it is usually made into a tea. Harvest when in full flower when the sun is shining and dry for use going forward.

Originally from Crete, Turkey and Syria coming from high up in the mountain regions.
