Fenugreek sprouts are nutrient dense and low calorie. They contain vitamins C and niacin and minerals iron and manganese. They are high fibre which helps reduce an insulin response. They can relieve constipation and soothe the stomach.

Sprouts have been increasing in popularity as we find out more and more about the nutritional benefits. Sunflower sprouts taste nutty and can be added to sandwiches, smoothies and salads.
