Description
Organic Watercress. Nasturtium officinale.
Similar in taste to Wintercress and is frost hardy. Good throughout the winter months with continuous cropping possible. An all round super healthy food.
How to grow:
Sow seeds evenly into a very moist seed bed May, June and July for harvest from September through to May.
Problem solving:
Easy to grow. Needs to be kept moist.
Favourite ways to eat them:
Sprinkle sprouts on salads or adult leaves in salads. Really great in a sandwich too.
Cultural history:
An aquatic flowering herb from the Brassica family.
Avg contents: 0.3g (~1000 seeds).
