Organic Wintercress. Barbarea vulgaris.
Similar in taste to water cress and rich in vitamin C. Particularly good throughout the winter months with continuous cropping possible.

How to grow:
Sow seeds evenly into a well prepared seed bed from March to September for harvest all year, they do best in full sun.
Problem solving:
Keep slugs off when young. Easy to grow. Naturally resistant to the diamond back moth and the flea beetle.
Favourite ways to eat them:
Sprinkle sprouts on salads or adult leaves in salads.

A biennial herb from the Brassica family.
