Refund policy

We make every effort to ensure seeds leave us in perfect condition. Please store your seed in a COOL, DRY, MOUSE FREE place OUT OF DIRECT SUNLIGHT until you sow.
If seed you purchase from us does not live up to your expectation, and you can see no reasonable explanation as to why it failed to germinate we offer a no quibble money back or replacement guarantee.
Please let us know what is wrong by sending a description of the problem, your feedback is invaluable to us, and we will replace you seeds or refund your money, your choice.
Just email providing your receipt or order number, the species and the batch number from the packet.
Because seeds are living entities, we time limit returns to 1 year after purchase.

Germination testing

We make germination tests on each batch of seed we produce and only those that have a minimum of 85% germination success are sold. Sometimes where seeds are in demand or hard to find and we have a batch with a lower germination rate, we will calculate the number of viable seed and add extra volume to the number stated on the packet.
Some species seed last longer than others and the conditions they have been stored in once they leave us has a direct bearing on germination.

Seed counts on the packets should be regarded as approximate. Flowers may vary slightly from the pictures on the packets due to natural variation.

Returns policy

To ensure the quality of the seed that we supply we cannot accept returns, unless the fault is ours of course 🙂
